Unveil and Release: Natural Medicine and Yoga for Anxiety and FatigueThis 2-hour workshop is designed to give you an understanding of the potential causes of anxiety, stress, and fatigue and tools to release those feelings.
Dr. Austin and Dr. Monterey from Prime Wellness will discuss hormonal changes, and self-care you can adopt to disconnect, slow down, and relax. Jeanette Pearson will lead you in a 60-minute all-levels yoga session specifically deigned to release stress and connect you to enhanced ease and peace. Vitamin B12 shots will be available after the class for a discounted rate of $20 along with other supporting vitamin shots as recommended and desired. All participants of the workshop will be offered a package deal to maintain the shots if they desire.

About Dr. Kelly Austin, ND: Dr. Kelly Austin, ND is the Director of Prime Wellness in Rancho Bernardo and Solana Beach, where she helps people of all backgrounds reach their health goals. She specializes in hormones — which affect mood, digestion, sleep, libido, appetite, body composition, energy, and heart health — and Lifestyle Medicine — helping patients make lifestyle changes to prevent and even reverse chronic illness. Her other focus areas are clinical nutrition, eating disorders, weight management, and mental health. About Dr. Natasha Monterey, ND: Dr. Natasha Monterey, ND is a naturopathic doctor practicing at Prime Wellness. After receiving her Bachelors in International Studies and Spanish Literature at the University of California, San Diego, she discovered a passion for natural medicine. Obtaining her Doctor of Natorpathic Medicine degree from Bastry University, San Diego, she now enjoy working with patients of all ages to achieve optimal help through diet, lifestyle, botanical medicine and natural therapies. Her special interests include pediatrics, and natural fertility treatments.
About Jeanette Pearson, RYT-500: Jeanette began guiding yoga classes in 2004. With over 1000 hours of training experience, she has studied and trained in a variety of different styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram, Anusara, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Vini and Iyengar. From California to Turkey and Thailand her quest for knowledge has literally taken her around the world. In addition to guiding yoga classes, Jeanette is an a women’s empowerment coach and mentor and feels blessed to support women connect to enhanced self-care and self-love in their lives. She’s known around Southern California for her warm smile, generous heart and inspirational perspective and teaching style. Her classes offer a creative flow that focuses on cultivating presence, consciousness of breath, and joy.
